SpecCon's products move , handle and manipulate individual containers (e.g., boxes, bottles, cans, oil filters, bearings, health products, food, etc...) during production and packaging.

Tabletop/Mattop Conveyor
SPECCON SYSTEMS offers several standard design styles of process conveyor using tabletop and/or mattop chains and can make custom styles to meet your requirements. Most styles are available in stainless steel, painted mild steel or aluminum.

Pressureless Combiners
The ability to take product from mass to single file is achieved by gradually increasing speeds across multiple strands of tabletop chain. Pressureless combiners work well with round and non-round containers and eliminate jamming and damage caused by conventional combining.

Live Rail Combiners
Live Rail combiners use a powered chain mounted vertically as a rail to help break pressure and eliminate jams caused by the product forming a wedge pattern.

Accumulation Tables
SPECCON SYSTEMS manufactures in-line and off-line accumulation tables in a variety of designs.

In-line(circulating) tables allow product to accumulate and exit as demand requires. As product accumulates it spills over onto a belt traveling in the opposite direction which feeds it back onto the discharge belt. This helps relieve back pressure.

Off-line(bi-directional) tables are first-in, last-out design. As product backs up on the conveyor line it pushes onto a wide belt moving perpendicular to the conveyor. As the conveyor line clears the table discharges the product back into the line. Tables can be center driven or end driven and use mattop or wiremesh belt.

Case Conveyor
Available in single or multiple strands of C-2050 sideflexing chain or utilizing tabletop chain. Constructed in painted mild steel or stainless steel.

Case Dump
Designed to empty cases of trash and debris by inverting them over a bin and returning them to their original orientation.

Case Turners
Two-speed case turners use two tabletop chains running at different speeds to rotate the case.

Bump Turns use a fixed post to rotate the case from long edge leading to narrow edge leading.

Over-Easy Conveyor
Boxes can be laid over or stood up withoutthe use of pushers. Specialized conveyor gently lays the box over in a continuous motion.

Electrical controls can be provided with PLC programming.
